COURSE OUTLINE
The courses take place at Il Borghetto.
Each day students prepare a different menu choosing from a variety of traditional dishes that are then served for the class lunch or evening meal.
Once the basic of the course are covered, students will be encouraged to show their individual flair and creativity.
The course offers a selection of fine wines, and during the lessons the students will learn something of matching food and wine.
The course includes food and art tours in Florence, Siena and the surrounding countryside.
The recipes used will be made readily available to students. |
