Cooking Course: A day in a Tuscan kitchen!

For 2023 we will offer more than one special program, starting with the Tuscan Cooking Courses available for our guests in the months of April-May and September-October.
Learn how to prepare meals with all the secrets and skills hidden in a Tuscan kitchen!
We will prepare different menu choosing from a variety of traditional Tuscan dishes which will then be served for the class lunch.
From the Fresh Pasta Ravioli to the traditional ‘Arista’ Pork Roast our class will focus on teaching the art of the healthy Mediterranean cousine using seasonal ingredients only, our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the aromatic herbs from our vegetable garden.
The course offers a tasting of our Organic Wines during the class and lunch, when you will learn more about how to match food and wine and includes an introduction to organic farming and suggestions for food and art tours in Florence and the surrounding countryside.
A Vegetarian version of our Cooking Course is also available!
After the class you will receive a booklet with all the Il Borghetto Secret Recipes 🙂
The course takes place only in Spring and in Autumn. Min 3 person – Max 8 person.
